Anime Girl

This is my first attempt at an Anime style figure.

This will be included in the "Out There™" range of figures I've been working on for some time. I was originally going for something similar to the "school girl" look from the "Kill Bill" movie or the "Transporter". As the figure progressed it became more and more "anime" in style so I went with it. Just one more example of how figures tend to design themselves.

Here is the firts police officer in the upcoming "Out There" range of figures. This one was done completely in "Procreate" sculpting putty aside from the pewter cast guns. I'm really starting to like the procreate putty to make cloth folds.

Zombie Gray

First zombie from the new "Procreate" sculping putty.

While I spent most of the day putting my vulcanizer back together. Ben was busy trying out the new Procreate on a new figure. The result is this zombie. I think the clothing is crisper in the new material. It seems to hold edges well like the brown/aluminum.

Burned Out!!!

After heavy use my vulcanizer heating element melted itself to the heat sink.

We've been working hard trying to complete a major re-tool for Barzso Playsets. This vulcanizer had been working almost constantly for the last 3 weeks. I guess the strain just proved too much. We've also blown an air compressor motor and had to replace a timer on one of the spin casters. Much of this week has been spent just efffecting repairs. I believe I've almost got everything back in working order. Whew!!!

Sniper Chick (again)

Here is the Sniper Chick again.

This time without the contorted legs. Sometimes trying to make an action pose can go a little bit far. This time is a little more subdued. This one will likely make it to the mold in its present form.
